Balancing urban density with access to nature is one of the main challenge of contemporary living. This project addresses it by creating a sanctuary where lush landscape and community interaction intersect. Nine homes are divided into three distinct, two-story volumes — P+2 (of four, three, and two units), clustered around a central green core that forms a protected microclimate. Vertically organized, the homes are unified by a shared first-floor terrace. This "elevated courtyard" serves as a safe play area and social hub, easily visible from the main living zones. The layout follows a strict hierarchy of privacy: the lower floors face the communal green spaces to encourage interaction, while the top floor is dedicated to the master bedrooms—providing a quiet, private retreat above the urban garden.
